Requirements :
- HR Diploma or Degree
- Experience of 5 to 10 years in HR management
- IR experience preferred
- Resides in Brits, Hartbeespoort area
- Own transport
- Experience working with agricultural seasonal workers
- Experience with Time and Attendance systems
- CCMA exposure
- COIDA experience
- Experience on Crest

Conduct employee engagement sessions in the fieldIssue termination notice letters for the seasonal workersPrepare and administer salary increase lettersManage salary advances and related administrationCoordinate performance appraisalsOversee leave management processesProcess contract amendmentsMaintain proper filing and record-keeping3. Advertise vacanciesEngage with community leaders for recruitment initiativesSupport Corporate Social Investment (CSI) activitiesConduct inductions and maintained attendance registersPrepare and manage supporting documents : EEA1 forms, take-on forms, and POPI Act compliancePerform ID verifications for new hires4. FCS / Admin
