Requirements
- 10 years minimum experience in Business / System Analysis
- BSc (Comp Sci), Financial or equivalent degrees
- Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical or FMCG business environment and business process (beneficial)
- Oracle EBS R12 implementation and support experience
- System design experience
- Experience in the following modules / business processes : Procure to Pay; Trade Marketing; Financial Accounting (General Ledger | GLWand | Subledger | Accounting | Report Wand); Fixed Assets; Cash Management and eb-Tax;
- Must have a strong financial background and a good understanding in interpretation of the contents of a company's financial results
- Project Management experience
In addition, you must have a strong background in the following :
Analyse business information requirements to determine system requirementsAssess the use and utilization of current systems and identify shortcomingsEvaluate possible applications solutions to determine suitability and fit in current systems environmentCreate business and functional specificationsImplement and configure application solutions (in-house developed or application packages)Lead and manage application projects from inception to completion ensuring that delivery meets specifications, architectural standards and project planDevelop and maintain systems and business process documentationTogether with Operations, participate in rollout of new projectsCompetencies
