Performance Marketer (Remote SA)
We are a fast‑growing, founder‑led e‑commerce brand looking for an entrepreneurial, analytical Full‑Funnel Growth & Optimization Lead to manage the entire digital marketing funnel.
What You’ll Own
- End‑to‑end funnel strategy & execution – own and optimize the full customer journey from Meta Ads, landing pages, to retention via Klaviyo.
 - Performance Marketing & Creative Operations – write data‑informed creative briefs, manage external designers, oversee Meta ad execution and creative quality.
 - Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Page Experience – implement and test landing page improvements using no‑code builders, run A / B and multivariate tests.
 - Retention & Data Analytics – build post‑acquisition Klaviyo flows, analyze AOV, profit and conversion metrics, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
 
What You Bring
3+ years in performance or growth marketing, ideally in a D2C e‑commerce / Shopify context.Hands‑on experience with Klaviyo for email / SMS strategy and execution.Strong A / B testing framework and funnel analysis skills.Highly organized, resourceful, execution‑oriented with proven ownership of outcomes.Ability to collaborate with US founders – 1‑2 hours daily overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST).Culture Fit & Bonus Points
AI curious – interest in using AI and automation to streamline workflows.Clear communicator – translate technical performance data into actionable creative direction.Bonus : Experience with Shopify, Figma, or similar e‑commerce / creative platforms.Logistics & Compensation
