VACANCY : Child and Youth Care Worker (Qualified) – South Africa

We are seeking a qualified Child and Youth Care Worker to join our team and make a lasting impact in the lives of vulnerable children and youth. If you are passionate about child development, trauma-informed care, and creating safe, supportive environments, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

• Recognised qualification in Child and Youth Care (minimum NQF Level 5).
• Registered with the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP).
• Minimum 1 year of practical experience in a residential or community-based setting.
• Strong understanding of child protection policies, behaviour management, and psychosocial support.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Clear criminal record and valid driver's license (preferred).
