HVAC Technical Site Manager

Applicants must have the following requirements :

Must have Matric with a Tertiary Qualification.

Must have at least 4 years of experience in HVAC / Bio Containment within a medical laboratory environment.

Must have experience and knowledge of project management principles.

Must have experience in managing projects, including risk management, problem-solving, and project analysis skills.

Must have experience in evaluating technical reports and developing technical reporting.

Must have budget management experience.

Must have knowledge of project management phases, techniques, tools, and health and safety on site

Must be willing to work a flexible schedule (nights and weekends, as needed).

Must be willing to travel for periods out of the country up to 6 weeks.

Must have a valid drivers licence and passport.
