Overview
The Senior Investment Analyst (SIA) supports Financial Advisers (FA) with clients investment needs and owns the cadence and quality of weekly and monthly deliverables. The SIA ensures all reporting deadlines are met, TallRock model portfolios are monitored and executed accurately, and portfolio performance is in line with or exceeds benchmarks. The SIA also helps communicate TallRocks investment views and models to clients and advisers via webinars and joint meetings. The SIA reports directly to the Directors of TallRock and collaborates across departments to drive efficiency, accuracy, and a high standard of service.

Responsibilities
Oversight of Weekly & Monthly Deliverables : Own the delivery calendar; maintain a live checklist and escalate risks ahead of deadlines. Weekly : market recap, adviser request monitoring, Adobe Sign reminders. Monthly : asset outlook, Pinnacle and portfolio returns; ensure dissemination to clients and / or filing on the work drive.Rebalancing : Prepare accurate calculations and dealing instructions; follow the rebalancing process with all documentation completed and sent to the right departments. Maintain and update master lists and workflows.Portfolio Requests & Analysis : Produce comparison reports and analysis to promote TallRock model portfolios; support bespoke portfolio construction outside of TRC models when required. Prepare snapshots, portfolio graphs, valuations.Model Portfolio Research & Maintenance : Conduct research to support model portfolios and ensure the master list is current. Track performance versus benchmarks and flag exceptions with proposed actions.Webinars & Education : Plan, build, and deliver webinars on TallRock models and market views for both clients and advisers; coordinate invites, content, and follow-ups. Maintain a library of slide decks and recordings; track engagement metrics.Client & Adviser Meetings : Attend meetings with advisers for existing and prospective clients; present model rationale, portfolio positioning, and performance context. Document outcomes, next steps, and required follow-ups.Technical & Sales Enablement : Combine strong technical competence (data, analytics, tools) with commercial awareness to help advisers progress opportunities. Create concise materials that improve adviser conversion and client retention (e.g., one-pagers, scenario analyses).General Support & Ad-hoc Projects : Execute special projects from Directors; liaise cross-functionally to improve processes and client experience.Specific Measures of Success
Cadence Reliability : 100% of weekly and monthly deliverables completed on time with documented checks.Accuracy : Zero errors on dealing forms;Quality & Detail : Supervisor and adviser spot-checks show no material errors; outputs meet TallRock presentation standards.Communication : Clear hand-offs and updates to relevant departments and clients; meeting notes and actions captured within 24 hours.Model Portfolio Performance : Models in line with or exceeding respective benchmarks; exceptions flagged with analysis and recommendations.Webinar Impact : Minimum quarterly cadence; track attendance, feedback scores 4 / 5, and post-webinar follow-up completion.Client / Adviser Support & AUM Growth : Positive adviser feedback (4 / 5) on meeting support; documented contribution to pipeline progression (e.g., proposals sent, mandates won); meetings and follow-ups aided by the SIA contribute to net new AUM of $40-$50m per year.Process Improvement : Demonstrated incremental improvements (e.g., automation, templates) with measurable time or error reduction.Alignment to Core Values
