5 -10 years Senior Account Management / sales experience
Previous Supervisory / Management experience advantageous
Experience working with clients at a C-Level position
Experience working with key decision makers both externally and internally
Budgeting and forecasting experience
Experience in prospecting for new business
Experience in achieving retention targets set
Tender Management
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Good numeracy skills
Able to travel extensively
Electives
Sound geographical knowledge of South Africa
Self-motivated
Good communication skills
Previous experience in a similar role in the Courier / freight industry
Main Purpose of the role
The main purpose of this role is to maintain and grow the revenue in Kwa-Zulu Natal, managing a sales team to achieve set monthly targets and budgets.
