Your Mission
Turn our sales and marketing strategy into a smooth, automated, reliable revenue engine. Make everything run cleaner, faster, and with fewer mistakes. You own the process.
What You Will Actually Be Responsible For

- Speed to lead under 3 minutes for inbound opportunities
- Flawless CRM hygiene across the entire pipeline

- Integration of cold call, cold text, direct mail, and PPC channels
- Seller nurture system that pushes every prospect toward a decision
- Accurate performance dashboards that keep the team accountable
- A sales rep experience that lets closers focus only on closing
- Performance And Revenue Metrics
- Strong increase in monthly Net Profit driven by better conversion and operational efficiency
- Improving lead to contract conversion while lowering cost per contract
- Scaling marketing channels only when Net Profit improves, not vanity revenue

Schedule and Compensation
Full‑time. All hours are in USD. Working hours are 9 am to 6 pm PST. Remote with some meetings in US hours. Compensation based on experience and track record. Equity or bonus available for top performers who prove they drive revenue.
