Business Intelligence & Market Analyst - ESA

Overview

The Business Intelligence & Market Analyst will be responsible for driving the adoption of advanced data tools such as SE Intel, delivering actionable market intelligence, and providing insights from macroeconomic and industry sources. This role supports strategic decision-making by transforming complex data into clear, business-oriented recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse, and interpret data from macroeconomic, industry, and competitive sources.
• Deliver regular reports and dashboards on market trends, growth opportunities, and risks.
• Provide insights to support strategic planning and business development initiatives.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards and visualisations for key performance indicators.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align BI outputs with business objectives.
• Identify emerging market trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support pricing strategies, forecasting, and scenario modelling.
• Promote and drive adoption of SE Intel and other BI tools across the organisation.
• Train stakeholders on data tools and ensure effective utilisation for business decisions.
