Job Summary
The Brand Ambassador and Sales Representative serve as the face of the company, representing the brand to potential and existing clients. This role involves promoting products or services, increasing sales, and ensuring brand consistency across all interactions. The individual must combine strong communication, product knowledge, and relationship-building skills to drive sales while embodying the company’s image and values.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Brand Representation
- Act as the main representative and advocate of the company’s brand and products.
- Maintain a professional, positive image that reflects company values.
- Educate potential customers about the brand’s unique selling points and benefits.
- Ensure brand consistency across all promotional and sales channels.
- Sales and Business Development
- Identify, approach, and secure new sales opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships and follow up on leads and referrals.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals according to company policies.
- Customer Engagement
- Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product support.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to improve products and marketing strategies.
- Represent the company at events, trade shows, or promotional activities.
- Marketing Support
- Support marketing campaigns through active participation and customer engagement.
- Assist in creating promotional content, including photos, videos, or testimonials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive social media visibility and engagement.
- Contribute ideas for promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Reporting and Administration
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
- Submit regular sales and performance reports to management.
- Track competitor activity and market trends.
- Provide insights to improve brand positioning and customer experience.
Qualifications and Experience
Education
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or Public Relations (preferred).Matric certificate (essential).Experience
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or brand promotion.Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or technology sales is advantageous.Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Skills and Competencies
