Exusia, a cutting-edge digital transformation company, is looking for top-notch Product Designers. You will work with users, product managers, and development teams to design interfaces and workflows to enhance customer experience with IT services & products.

What’s the Role?

As a Product Designer, you will define product needs that optimize emotional and functional experiences. You will focus on end-to-end user experiences, produce visual designs from concept to delivery, support interaction designs, and analyze customer feedback for product improvements.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years experience in software application design & development
• Understand scope, requirements, and drive innovative solutions aligned with business goals and UX metrics
• Develop visual artifacts to communicate UI and UX needs
• Create and maintain design elements, mock-ups, and specifications
• Design interaction models, user flows, screen designs, and UI details
• Communicate ideas effectively to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation
• Advocate for end-user needs and work with the Service Design Team
• Support operational process improvements for stakeholders' businesses
