LODGE MANAGER (4/5 STAR) – MPUMALANGA Job Summary Requirements: Work Cycle: 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off Matric certificate (Grade 12); relevant hospitality qualifications preferred. 3–5 years of managerial experience in a 4- or 5-star lodge. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-centric approach. Financial management experience, including budgeting and cost control. Knowledge of lodge reservation systems is an advantage. First Aid certification is beneficial.
