Post : Credit Controller

Post Reports to : Credit Control Supervisor

Location : Head Office (Ottery, Cape Town)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Timely and effective collection of all debts as per Age Analysis.
• Allocation of payments.
• Reconciling of debtors statements.
• Communicate to all debtors on overdue accounts.
• Reporting (extracting information from Age Analysis).
• Liaise professionally with external / internal stakeholders such as patients, Medical Aid Schemes, and Hospital Staff.
• Deadline Driven.
• Target Driven.
• High attention to detail.
• Team Player.
• Takes initiative.
• Ability to handle pressure.
