About the Client (AU)

Since 1996, the client delivers compliance management solutions, risk and safety platforms, and is a leader in digital, NFC, IoT, and AI technologies. The current systems provide live risk and WHS data integration, enabling organizations to identify and mitigate risks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Technical Project Management

Translate business goals into actionable technical roadmaps and delivery plans.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
Manage cross‑functional communication between product, engineering, design, and operations teams.
Monitor progress, track KPIs, manage risks, dependencies, and blockers.
Serve as escalation point for project‑level issues and ensure corrective actions.
Report regularly to leadership and stakeholders on project status, risks, and outcomes.

Scrum Master

Familiar with .NET Core, React, MAUI, MS Azure, and micro‑services.

Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines and AI integration.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives).

Coach the team on Agile principles and Scrum best practices.

Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain backlog clarity, prioritization, and refinement.

Remove impediments, protect against scope creep, and promote continuous improvement.

Track sprint velocity, burndown, and other Agile metrics to optimize performance.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday; 7AM‑4PM Manila Time.

Work Setup

Onsite locations : Quezon City (Eastwood, Libis / SM North), Pasig (Zeta Building, Bridgetowne), Alabang, Muntinlupa, Clark (Pampanga), Cebu.

Hybrid arrangement after 3‑6 months. Training in AU a few months after onboarding.
