Job description6+ years as a Business Analyst. Minimum 3 years in the investment industry. At least 4 years' IT experience with integrated solutions. Strong understanding of APIs. Agile methodology experience (preferred). Proficient in SQL (essential). Familiarity with IT workflow tools like JIRA, Lucidchart, etc. Analyze & Innovate : Investigate business needs, define system requirements, and propose creative solutions. Facilitate Collaboration : Lead workshops to elicit and document business and system requirements. Design Solutions : Create user journeys, user stories, process diagrams, data models, business rules, and mockups to translate requirements into implementable designs. Align & Support : Ensure solutions align with business and system architecture while assisting technical designers to understand requirements. Test & Validate : Support testing technical solutions, processes, and calculations, signing off on test cases for functional, non-functional, and integration testing. Optimize Systems : Identify and resolve system constraints, propose sustainable solutions, and reduce errors. Enable Training : Collaborate with trainers to develop clear process and training documentation. Deliver Excellence : Provide consistent, high-quality service to internal and external clients, embodying The Client's values. Clear and concise written and verbal communication. Skilled in leading elicitation sessions for business and technical requirements. Proficient in documenting processes using tools like JIRA or Lucidchart. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Independent, proactive, and accountable with the ability to manage pressure. Relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Expertise in applying business analysis tools and techniques, aligned with IIBA standards. Proficient in defining Open APIs using OpenAPI editor. Capable of creating low-fidelity UX mockups. Basic knowledge of UML modeling. Working experience with tools like Postman, SoapUI, MongoDB, and Swagger.
