Job descriptionA relevant qualification (such as a degree or equivalent) and / or relevant experience creating and editing content for websites and intranets is essential Extensive experience creating and editing content for social media, google, YouTube and websites. Experience in designing and creating content, using a content management system (Paperflite) and writing and editing readable Experience of working on short notice, some weekends, and in a high-performance team, in a fast-paced digital environment, both in a digital team and independently with minimal supervision MS Office. Google Analytics. Email newsletter software (Mail Chimp or similar). Survey software (JISC, MS Forms and similar) and online forms software. Photoshop and other Adobe editing software. Animation tools (social media Specific). Video editing (With support of a partner). Must be able to understand the web, technology, and people. Metric-focussed and prioritise on OKR measures Excellent interpersonal skills. Confident working with a wide range of people who have varying levels of understanding of content and the web. Enthusiastic, diplomatic, and persuasive with a keen understanding of negotiating with subject-matter experts. Comfortable working independently and making content decisions.
