We have a highly efficient online store that can service clients in most parts of South Africa.Our unique warehouse / factory shop concept has been developed with 32 years of experience in the furniture industry.

Our Group is a leading importer, manufacturer, and retailer of furniture and related products.We are a diverse, agile team of professionals and as a family-owned business, our values and principles are shared by all our staff.We are looking for a Branch Manager to join our organisation.The Branch Manager will be responsible for the daily management operations of the store and management of staff, overseeing the sales / showroom operations, clients and troubleshooting all escalated issues effectively on a 6-day work week.ResponsibilitiesStrong sales and administrative backgroundProven track record in driving branch turnoverExperience in upselling / training / pricing / ensuring stock is displayed as per standardAnalyse sales and revenue reports and make forecastsOversee in-store promotional events or displaysInspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might ariseOrganize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnelEnsure high standard of client service and order managementDeal with complaints from customers to maintain the store's reputationOverseeing financial administration of the storeMonitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budgetLead, support and coach 15+ staff towards maximum performanceEnsure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelinesManage periodic stock countsMinimise losses and damagesDeliveries Pastel / CM / Onfleet and other integrated systems SOP'sQualificationsGrade 12 or equivalentNational Diploma / Tertiary Qualification in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field5 to 6 years' experience as a Retail Manager or in other Managerial position - mandatoryProficient in Computer Literacy5 to 6 years of Hands-on Leadership skills and a Team Player5 to 6 years of Microsoft Suite experience5 to 6 years of Retail Management SystemsPrevious working experience within a stressful, fast-paced environment – non-negotiable.Valid Driver's License and own reliable vehicle - imperativeThe team member we are looking for needs to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and perform in a manner that maximises profits.
