Job descriptionSolid knowledge of automotive parts (exposure to VW / Audi brands will be highly advantageous) Proven experience in sales and delivering excellent customer service Ability to manage both retail front counter sales and panel shop / trade clients Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Target-driven, proactive, and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment Assist retail and trade customers at the front counter with parts enquiries and purchases Build and maintain long-term relationships with panel shop and trade clients Prepare and manage quotations, orders, and timely follow-ups Ensure accurate processing of sales transactions and documentation Collaborate with the Parts Department team to deliver efficient service and achieve sales targets Administrative / Management jobs
