Overview

MS2Creative is looking for a detail-oriented Retoucher who can also oversee quality assurance and manage project workflows. This dual-role position is ideal for someone with strong image editing skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate projects across teams. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with global clients and regional team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality retouching on e-commerce, fashion, and lifestyle images
• Review and QA final images before client delivery to ensure consistency and quality standards
• Coordinate with clients, editors, and team leads to manage timelines and project milestones
• Track daily workflows and flag potential delays or issues
• Document and enforce retouching SOPs and style guides
• Provide feedback to junior retouchers as needed
