Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical SaaS Data Analyst to play a key role in structuring, analyzing, and leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and business growth. In this role, you will design scalable data models, develop insightful dashboards, and collaborate across teams to turn complex datasets into actionable business insights that fuel performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Data Modeling & Structuring
- Design and maintain scalable data models to support analytics and reporting.
- Organize raw data into meaningful structures for cross-departmental access and analysis.
Report Building & Insights
Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools to visualize key business metrics.Deliver data-driven insights to guide decisions across sales, marketing, finance, and customer success.Collaboration
Partner with internal teams to understand data needs and provide tailored solutions.Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven process improvements.Data Quality & Governance
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security through best practices in data management.Troubleshoot inconsistencies and collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues.Strategic Input
Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for business growth.Identify emerging trends and opportunities to improve performance and customer satisfaction.Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a SaaS or subscription-based business model.Proven experience working with large datasets and providing insights for business strategy.Familiarity with SaaS KPIs and subscription-based performance metrics.Skills
Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.Experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Knowledge of data warehouses such as Snowflake.Strong business acumen and ability to connect data insights to tangible outcomes.Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-technical stakeholders.Experience building automated reporting pipelines is a plus.Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset.What Success Looks Like
