Job descriptionCloud Expertise : Hands-on experience with core AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, and CloudFront. Experience with AWS management and automation tools (AWS CLI, SDKs, CloudFormation, or Terraform). DevOps Practices : Strong knowledge of CI / CD principles and practices. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, AWS CDK, or Ansible. Experience with Git version control systems and workflows. Containers and Orchestration : Proficiency in Docker. Experience with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, or ECS. Automation and Scripting : Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet. Monitoring and Logging : Familiarity with AWS CloudWatch, CloudTrail, ELK stack, or third-party tools like Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana. Networking and Security : Knowledge of VPC, VPN, Load Balancers, and Route 53. Familiarity with security best practices, including IAM policies, security groups, and data encryption. Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Cloud Platform : AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, CloudTrail, etc.) Infrastructure as Code : Terraform, AWS CloudFormation CI / CD Tools : Jenkins, GitLab CI / CD, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline Containerization : Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), Helm Monitoring & Logging : AWS CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog Scripting & Automation : Python, Bash, Shell scripting Version Control : Git (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket) Security & Compliance : IAM, Security Groups, KMS, AWS Config, GuardDuty DevOps Practices : Agile / Scrum, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, Observability Soft Skills : Communication, Collaboration, Problem-Solving, Documentation
AWS Cloud Platform DevOps Engineer
Location : Hyderabad & Bangalore
Experience : 5+ yrs
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable AWS infrastructure solutions.
- Develop automation scripts and tools for continuous integration (CI), continuous deployment (CD), and infrastructure as code (IaC).
- Optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery readiness.
- Maintain containerized applications using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes or Amazon ECS / EKS.
- Develop and implement CI / CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI / CD, or AWS CodePipeline.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to integrate and automate processes.
- Manage logging, monitoring, and alerting systems using AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across development, test, and production environments.
- Ensure compliance with best practices in security, scalability, and cost optimization on AWS.
- Document processes, designs, and systems for knowledge sharing and operational efficiency.
