Job descriptionManage and coordinate Safety Officers across all sites. Ensure full compliance with SACPCMP and statutory requirements. Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures. Conduct site audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations. Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to site teams. Report on all safety matters to senior management. SACPCMP registration for at least 5+ years (mandatory). Minimum 5 years experience as a Safety Manager in building construction. Proven track record managing multiple sites and teams of Safety Officers. Strong knowledge of construction regulations and HSE best practices. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Willingness to travel to multiple project sites across the Western Cape.
