Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Reward & Remuneration Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across compensation, benefits, and total rewards during a key transition period. The role will focus on ensuring internal equity, maintaining compliance, managing annual review processes, and driving best‑practice reward frameworks that support business performance and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, implementation, and governance of reward and remuneration frameworks.
• Conduct regular market benchmarking using data to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.
• Lead job evaluation processes and maintain salary structures and pay scales.
• Support business leaders and HR partners with expert advice on reward policies, job grading, and market positioning.
