Junior BBBEE Analyst role focusing on BBBEE, Employment Equity, Enterprise and Supplier Development, HR Dashboard, and Skills Development activities.
Qualifications
- Matric (with Pure Maths)
- Accounting or Financial Degree will be advantageous
Requirements
Minimum Three (3) years BBBEE and Employment Equity experience will be advantageousMicrosoft Office with strong focus on Excel at an Intermediate levelDuties
BBBEEMaintains BBBEE information by collecting and capturing data receivedAs discrepancies arise, request correct data / documentation from business units;Request and capture BBBEE certificates per supplierPerform procurement calculationResolve all BBBEE enquiries timeously and effectivelyEnsure footprint cases are resolved within the service level agreement (SLA)Ensure that monthly capturing deadlines are metCompile Corporate Social Investments (CSI) information and maintain CSI calculationsMaintain filing system.Employment EquityCoordinate and Document all National Transformation Committee MeetingsAssist in Compiling Employment Equity Report (EEA2 and EEA4) for Mpact OperationsAssist in Compiling Employment Equity Report quarterly for Social and Ethics Committee meetingCollect information and conduct analysis as prescribed by Section 19(1) of Employment Equity ActAssist BBBEE Manager with the preparation, implementation and monitoring of the Employment EquityPlanCollect all documents of the Operational and Divisional Transformation Committee MeetingsCompile employee lists from business units and certain subsidiaries on a monthly basisResolve all Employment Equity enquiries timeously and effectively.Enterprise and Supplier DevelopmentCoordinate the collection of Enterprise and Supplier Development DataMaintain Enterprise and Supplier Development excel worksheets.HR DashboardRequest and consolidate dashboard information received from Divisional HR Managers monthlyAnalyse and compare to previous dashboardsRequest additional information as per BBBEE Manager requestsProvide HR Managers with dashboard information as requestedbmit final and consolidated dashboard to Central Services on a monthly basis.Skills DevelopmentCompile and maintain Group skills development dataEnsure data compiled is accurate.Participate and / or manage any project that is initiated in SSC whether team or individual input is requiredProvide information when required by managementEnsure compliance as per company delegation of authority and statutory legislation is adhered toPerform ad hoc duties as and when required within reasonable job scope#J-18808-Ljbffr
