Role : GenAI Art Director

Type of contract : 12 month FTC

Location : Remote until further notice

We are looking for GenAI Art Directors who will direct a team of Gen AI Creators, as well as use the Pencil platform to deliver high‑quality, high performing ads to enterprise clients or small businesses. The role may involve leading a team and resolving creative challenges related to GenAI today.

Responsibilities

• Work with our Customer Success team to meet with clients, refine briefs that demonstrate GenAI capabilities within a systematic delivery process.
• Oversee GenAI Creators to deliver briefs through all steps including insight, concept, copy, image & video generation and final creative assembly using different GenAI models and techniques.
• Directly intervene in developing, generating or manually retouching outputs to meet quality standards across briefs when necessary.
• Present creative outputs to clients, manage feedback and set expectations on what GenAI can and cannot do.
• Structure a GenAI delivery process with clear steps and prompts to share transparently with clients.
• Collaborate with Training to explore, implement and explain new GenAI techniques for the wider user base.
• Work with Product & Engineering to test new GenAI features and provide feedback to drive platform improvements.
