Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Implement, monitor, and repair network systems.
  • Ensure reliable and secure network access across the organization.
  • Schedule and execute routine network maintenance.
  • Address networking, routing, and interconnectivity issues.
  • Identify and resolve recurring network problems.
  • Manage switch backups and configurations.
  • Install and configure hardware as needed.
  • Respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of routing, switching, and high availability protocols.

Qualifications :

  • Matric and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Cisco CCNP (required); CCNA, CCIE, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • 7 years in network support or IT operations.
  • 7 years in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or similar environment.
