Job Description : As the Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in harmonizing the operational activities of the firm with its strategic ambitions. Directly reporting to the CEO, your mission will be to uphold high-quality standards across all departments, ensuring the firm's operations flow seamlessly and effectively. Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Financial Management : Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and billing, ensuring compliance with financial protocols.
• Human Resources : Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of legal staff.
• Office Operations : Ensure optimal functioning of the office's daily operations, facilities, and technological infrastructure.
• Client Relations : Develop and maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
• Compliance and Risk Management : Enforce adherence to legal and ethical standards, and proactively manage potential risks.
• Technology and Information Management : Spearhead the integration and effective use of technology to enhance efficiency and client service.
• Marketing and Business Development : Drive marketing strategies and business development initiatives to expand the client base.
