Key Areas of responsibility :

Monthly / Quarterly :

• Ensure that all month-end procedures on Syspro are applied to the Sales and Marketing
• areas of the business.
• Brand / Category / Sales / Exports reporting Prepare monthly Actual, Budget & Quarterly
• Estimates and variance analysis of actual vs budget and latest estimates.
• Quarterly product costing updates and analysis of products / brand / category margins.
• Advertising & Promotional spend analysis - Actual, Budget & Quarterly Estimates..
• Sales reporting Actual, Budget and Quarterly updates.
• Sales and Marketing Overheads Actual, Budget & Quarterly updates and ensure the brand
• and sales teams have updated support budgets and forecasts.
• Local and Exports debtors management.
• Projects
• Innovation and project product costings.
• Annual Christmas Gifting product costing.
• Export costings for new regions.
• Adhoc
• Assist with price increase justification for the sales team.
• Provide analysis on return on marketing investment.
• Drive business process improvement through Syspro with the sales and marketing teams.
