Role Overview

The absolute legend of a Product Designer we're seeking will create visually stunning, user-centred interfaces that complement Weaver Fintech’s digital experience. You'll own a subset of the visual design of a product offering from concept to delivery, working closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams throughout the design lifecycle. As our Product Designer, you'll craft pixel-perfect interfaces, build and maintain design systems, and ensure every touchpoint reflects our brand excellence. This role is central to driving user engagement, conversion optimization, and visual consistency across the product suite.

The Team

The Product & Design team is the creative heart of Weaver Fintech, collaborating across multiple departments to craft exceptional digital experiences. We're responsible for designing and optimizing products that deliver measurable value to customers, merchants, and the business through thoughtful, user-centered interface design.

Key Responsibilities

Visual & Interface Design (Primary Focus)

• Design polished UI components for mobile platforms, including navigation systems, forms, buttons, icons, and interactive elements.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that showcase visual hierarchy, typography, colour theory, and micro-interactions.
• Ensure visual consistency across all digital touchpoints while maintaining Weavers Fintech’s brand identity.
