Introduction

The incumbent will manage the drivers and the fleet management system according to allocated areas.

Key Performance Areas

• Ensure effective supervision of the day-to-day operations of the Transport Department.
• Manage and control the SANBS Vehicle Fleet.
• Ensure continuous updating of the Fleet Management System.
• Undertake general administrative duties effectively and efficiently.
• Exercise judgment and decision-making.
• Apply technical skills such as fleet management, administration, and computer literacy.
• Motivate team members.
• Resolve problems with flexibility and adaptability.
• Promote teamwork and ensure practical execution of tasks.
• Plan, organize, and monitor activities related to fleet management.
• Maintain effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
