The Digital Marketing Manager is a strategic thought leader responsible for shaping and executing cohesive digital strategies that guide customers from first touchpoint to repeat purchase. This role sits at the intersection of branding, performance marketing, and retention—ensuring every digital experience, from Shopify to email, is optimized to convert and retain customers.
With ownership over on-site branding, email campaign architecture, creative testing, and funnel performance, this role plays a pivotal part in enhancing the entire digital customer journey. The ideal candidate brings a visionary approach, mastery in retention marketing, and a relentless focus on data-backed growth. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that blends creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership to elevate our digital ecosystem and drive measurable results.
Duties & Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Execution
- Lead full-funnel marketing strategies that balance brand storytelling with performance goals, turning business objectives into initiatives that drive acquisition, engagement, and loyalty.
On-Site Experience & UX
Own and optimize the Shopify journey from homepage to checkout, aligning messaging, layout, and CTAs with email, social, and ad strategies.Funnel & Retention
Design and refine customer funnels and lifecycle journeys, using segmentation, automation, and personalization to boost conversions, LTV, and repeat purchases. Act as the retention lead across CRM, loyalty, and re-engagement.Email Marketing
Partner with CRM, content, and design teams to build high-converting flows and campaigns that educate, engage, and drive purchases while staying true to brand voice.Collaboration & Alignment
Work cross-functionally with product, analytics, content, and creative teams to ensure coordinated campaigns and seamless user journeys from acquisition through retention.Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs across traffic, conversion, retention, and email; deliver actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization.Trends & Innovation
Stay on top of platform changes and new tools, piloting innovative strategies to unlock incremental growth.Brand Stewardship
Act as brand guardian across all digital touchpoints, ensuring voice, design, and experience reflect Triquetra’s values and support its growth.Requirements
Qualifications
5+ years experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or DTC brand managementDeep knowledge of Shopify, email marketing platforms (Klaviyo or similar), and performance marketing channelsProven experience designing and optimizing full-funnel experiences with a focus on retentionStrong understanding of user behavior and digital analyticsSkilled in leading cross-functional projects and communicating strategy to stakeholdersCreative thinker with strong analytical skills and an obsession with continuous improvementExperience in the wellness, supplement, or CPG space preferred
