SITE ADMINISTRATOR (Construction) – Western Cape

R18 000 – R20 000 Per Month Negotiable and dependent on relevant and years of relevant experience

Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who has a passion for administration as well as for the building and construction industry?

Our Client, a highly reputable Commercial Construction Firm is seeking a dedicated Site Administrator to join their dynamic team of professionals.

As the backbone of site administration, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring all construction operations proceed smoothly and efficiently.

Main Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Download, print, and distribute drawings to internal teams and subcontractors
  • Maintain and manage drawing issue slips and registers
  • Oversee timesheet collection and manage time allocation records
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining safety registers and documentation
  • Take minutes during meetings and draft them for review and approval
  • Place and track material orders as required
  • Provide comprehensive support across all aspects of site administration

Qualification, Skills and Experience required :

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • A relevant Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in a related field will be advantageous
  • Minimum of 5 years' site administration experience within the building, construction, or related industry
  • Experience using BIM platforms (e.g., for drawing management) and / or Synergy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
  • Willingness to work every second Saturday
