  • Key Accounts Manager function is to determine and drive Logitech’s business and growth with current and potential new partners, working with and influencing the key decision makers in the channel and building relationships locally with our alliance and strategic partners.

  • In this role you will :
  • Develop the business by identifying all opportunities within the channel & customer portfolios - Be accountable for the performance of key accounts across the Gaming and Personal Workspace categories, also achieving assigned targets for strategic objectives - Develop the business by identifying all opportunities within key accounts - Establish and develop productive, professional relationships with key personnel (on all levels) in assigned key accounts - Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, management resources, providing leadership & inspiration, fostering a culture of customer-centricity, accountability, collaboration and achieving big bold goals - Develop the business by identifying and accelerating all opportunities within key channels & customer portfolios - Work closely with the category manager to ensure that appropriate business plans for your account are agreed and implemented and that appropriate sales campaigns / initiatives and marketing activities are prepared and implemented - Successfully introduce and implement new product categories and key initiatives, coordinate country campaigns with your selected accounts and execute with excellence - Lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones - Set up a quarterly key metrics activity and execution plan - Monitor and manage execution of the activities by measuring and reporting on activities and campaign results - Set up an efficient forecast process to drive predictable revenue growth - Define, manage, and control budget per Partner / Account - Control the relevant ROI (return on investment) and success parameters - Anticipate market changes to drive new, relevant solutions to customers - Be a Brand Ambassador
  • Key Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications :
  • For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team : - Relevant education - Minimum 5 years of Account Management or relevant experience is crucial - Extensive Strategic / Key account management experience, minimum 3 years, with a track record in consumer electronics, IT or FMCG - Possess a deep understanding of Omni-channel sales processes - Fluent in English, both written and verbal - Analytical mindset, structured, highly driven, and solution-oriented person - Ability to grasp detailed and complex Excel Spreadsheets and reporting - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Ability to build strategic relationships - Strong financial acumen - Knowledge across a range of marketing tools - Excellent negotiation skills - Ability to drive and coordinate projects#LI-YS1Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
