Job Purpose
Responsible for performing a clerical service for the Service Centre to achieve the effective and efficient administration of the Service Centre.Education and Experience
Grade 12, Tertiary Qualification in Human Resource Management / Business Administration (Compulsory). 3+ years experience in an Administrative role in the same or similar roleRequired Job Competencies
Execute general administration for the Service Centre as requiredAction employee clocking data on a daily basis and submit through to the HR department for payment of salariesInvestigate and resolve salary, leave etc. queries of all Warehouse employeesCompile relevant employee reports for the Line ManagerExecute Service Centre inventory control and safekeeping practicesExecute activities to comply with relevant safety policies and proceduresDeal with internal and external customers in a customer-centric mannerEffective self-management and teamworkAbility to multi-skill across departments where and when requiredKey Responsibilities
