Recruiting on behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced sales leader to oversee a team of consultants across Johannesburg, Vaal, and North West regions. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, solid sales expertise, and a deep understanding of customer-focused service delivery.

Key Duties :

• Lead, coach and support a team of consultants to meet and exceed sales targets
• Drive new business acquisition and implement regional sales strategies
• Monitor and manage individual and team KPIs, including conversion rates and revenue performance
• Facilitate team meetings, training, and skills development initiatives
• Promote a customer-centric approach and handle escalated issues effectively
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management policies
• Collaborate with internal teams to align activities with broader company goals
