Job description

Sales Development Representative – North America

We are on a mission to empower independent hoteliers worldwide. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients exploring our platform.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to new prospects by phone, email, and social media.
  • Introduce key insights and features of our platform and qualify leads.
  • Schedule demos and hand off qualified prospects to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM and update pipeline status.
  • Achieve monthly outreach and qualification targets.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely with flexible hours.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
  • Experience in sales or hospitality industry is a plus.
