Job descriptionManage the end-to-end payroll processes for approx. +600 employees for your assigned companies.Ensure timely and accurate processing of the monthly and weekly payroll inputs, including relevant deductions / garnishees, bonuses and statutory requirements.Review and check the accuracy, completeness and correctness of payroll documents.Ensure compliance with tax, legal and statutory regulations, and internal policies and procedures.Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related discrepancies.Generate month end payroll reports for management review.Reconcile month end pension and medical aid recons for your assigned companies, and / or group companies.Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiencies.Maintain the payroll filing system, keeping records organised and easily accessible.Assist with audits and adhoc duties as required.
