Duties & Responsibilities

This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of financial processes, focusing on day-to-day management while also contributing to broader financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily financial operations, including management of creditors, debtors, tax, and cash flow to ensure optimal financial health.
• Lead a skilled finance team of 8, providing guidance and support in their respective areas of expertise.
• Conduct thorough financial reporting and prepare accurate financial statements in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Implement rigorous budgeting processes and financial planning to support project feasibility and overall corporate strategy.
• Play a key role in the strategic financial decisions of the company, including capital raising and asset management, ensuring alignment with long-term goals.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, particularly relevant to listed companies, including transparency and accountability in all financial disclosures.
