DevOps Operations Specialist

A fantastic opportunity for a DevOps Operations Specialist to join a team of specialists developing the next generation of software systems for the business’s future driving machines.

You will be required to be proactive and be able to provide new ideas for improvement of processes and have deep knowledge of Nagios or similar technologies as a monitoring tool.

Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements :

• Min. ~ 5 years working experience with IT Monitoring Systems like Nagios and ICINGA
• Experience in Shell, Perl, Python and a higher programming language e.g. Java
• Ability to conceptualise complex information, but also delve into the details when required
• Experience with ITIL
• Experience with the Agile Methodology

Reference Number for this position is GZ58521 which is a long-term contract offering a contract rate of between R500 to R600 Per hour negotiable on experience and ability.
