PAYROLL & TIME ATTENDANCE SPECIALIST experience with payroll Software - SAGE 300 or SAGE PREMIER

  • Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Basic Macros)
  • MS Word, Outlook & PowerPoint
  • Diploma or Batchelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting,

HR , Financial or related field (NQF L6-L7)

  • Minimum 4-5 Year's experience in Payroll Officer Role - FMCG,

    • Paper&Pulp OR Manufacturing Industry

  • . Duties and Responsibilities :
  • Process Payroll accurately and timely
  • PAYE, UIF, CODIA / WCA, SARS Bi-Annual & Year-End submission(IRP 5, IT3), IRP 501
  • Understanding of BCEA, Labour Relations, Income Tax Act, Employment Equity
  • Manage Time Attendance Systems
  • Calculate wages and deductions
  • Prepare and distribute paychecks
  • Ensure compliance with Company Policies and Legal Regulations
  • Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits
  • CLEAN CRIMINAL & CREDIT RECORD - will be verified
