Responsible for maintaining and continuous improvement of GMP / HACCP and FSSC

• To ensure Quality Management Systems are developed and implemented to reduce variability and improve product and service qualityResponsible for developing traceability of Raw Materials and Final ProductsEnsure compliance with agreed customer product quality specifications – The Quality Contract - from within the production facilityAudit systems, Factory trials, Pre-production, LaunchesSupport systematic performance improvements within the departmentAnalyze and address areas of poor practice to eliminate or reduce the risk that such poor practices may holdLead and assure the integrity of the Organisation, customers reputationIdentify key skills / knowledge that all factory staff will require to perform the quality control aspects of their functionEnsure compliance with all internal and external food safety and food quality policies and procedures – Parker Family Foods Quality management System; Customer Guidelines; FSSC / BRC etc
