Scheduler / Operations Coordinator (Remote based)

Minimum requirements :

The Scheduler is scheduling & booking appointments for our Operations team to carry out garden works & maintenance. They will be responsible for co-ordinating activities, bookings equipment & arranging deliveries.

• Must have good organisation skills & strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience scheduling mobile teams would be very helpful.
• Contract AdministrationSupporting the operations team with all administrative tasks, timesheet consolidation, running reports coordination of operations teams activities.
• Remote supporting and working closely with the UK Operations teamR18 00
