Leading security service provider in Edenvale, Bedfordview and Benoni areas, and is looking for a result driven and determined Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage client prospects, and to grow and expand the client base.
Duties and responsibilities :
- Present, promote and sell Security services and products using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients.
- Perform cost benefit and needs analysis of existing and new potential clients to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of client problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule increasing Revenue Per User (RPU) and Technical Targets
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyse the territory / market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Attending community projects and marketing events
- Other related duties.
- Development of new business partnerships.
Desired experience and qualifications
