Production Quantity Surveyor ( CPT )

Minimum requirements :

•   Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Professional registration with SACQSP
• Minimum 3 years’ post-registration experience in a consulting QS firm
• Strong working knowledge of JBCC and NEC contracts
• Experience in financial administration and project / programme management
• Familiarity with CIDB, PROCSA, and consultant fee scales
• Proven ability to manage payment certificates, fee claims, and contract instructions
• High attention to detail, strong processing skills, and deadline discipline
