Purpose :
The purpose of the role is to ensure that through user research, information architecture and UX design, our client delivers an exceptional User Experience for customers through the Website and Mobile Application Channels. This role requires solid experience with user interface design, usability, user experience, web development technologies, and interfacing these technologies with front end user interface system.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience :
Minimum of 4 years industry experience essential in the following :
User-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, or similarIncorporate market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings into designsUser Research Techniques and disciplines such as usability testing and contextual inquiriesWireframes and Prototyping of user interfacesKnowledge of technologies such as HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, and mobile app operating systems would be advantageousExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsExperience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designsMust have technical / professional qualifications : 3 year Degree / Diploma in one or more of these disciplines : Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Information Systems / Informatics, Human Computer Interaction or other related fieldsCertified Usability Analyst (=() or similar certification would be desirableMaster’s in psychology, Social Sciences advantageousKey performance indicators :
Exceptional user experience, measured through usability scores and customer feedbackConversion rates on key journeys designed (E-commerce and Self-Service)Number of innovations designed resulting from user research and testingInterfacing technologies with front end user interface system
