National Forecourt Sales Director

Responsibilities

• Oversee 10 Regional Sales Managers, ensuring call cycles are followed; mentoring of the FSMs; organizing product knowledge and sales training for sales representatives; ensuring targets are set and growth is achieved
• Working as a team member within the executive team
• Development and implementation of a full and detailed strategy for the channel
• Growing conformance in each Banner for the top 20 suppliers
• Driving sales of major suppliers
• Driving sales of all home brands
• Driving and launching sales of new products and suppliers
• Meeting budgets and setting the new sales budgets annually
• Liaison with all Banners and building relationships
• Growing sales in all forecourts in both banners and Independents
• Creating strategy reports
