The Role : Customer Success Manager
This is a pivotal dual-role opportunity : part inbound sales closer part team leader. Youll own the full inbound sales funnel from lead qualification to negotiation and closing while inspiring and guiding a high-performing client services team across South Africa and the UK. Youll lead with empathy and commercial edge ensuring every client interaction results in exceptional outcomes. As a key player in shaping how the customer function scales youll also contribute to process optimisation strategy and team design.
