Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote Work From Anywhere)

Your Mission

  • Source, screen and connect multilingual talent with exciting opportunities across Europe and beyond.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process : from candidate outreach to placement.
  • Meet and exceed placement goals with a results-driven approach.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates ensuring a positive recruitment experience.

    • What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition.
  • A goal-oriented mindset and strong drive to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
  • Ability to work independently with discipline and ownership.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using ATS, LinkedIn and job boards.
