About the Role

You’ll lead financial strategy and execution for the Wound Care Division. Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, you’ll partner across clinical, operations, and executive teams across two continents.

Your Impact

  • Drive full financial ownership : strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and daily leadership.
  • Strengthen revenue cycle performance—including billing, collections, and payer compliance.
  • Manage cross‑border complexity : payroll, tax compliance, and reporting under U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
  • Deliver impactful financial modeling and insights to empower executive decisions.
  • Build and lead a high‑performing finance team equipped with trust, accountability, and vision.

Who You Are

  • Qualified : CA(SA) or CPA with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar.
  • Experienced : 5‑7 years of progressive finance leadership—healthcare or multi‑entity experience is ideal.
  • Skilled : Fluent in U.S. GAAP and IFRS; adept in cross‑border finance, audits, tax, and revenue operations.
  • Leader : A strategic yet hands‑on financial leader, decisively navigating pressure and complexity.
  • Communicator : Able to distil complex financial ideas into clarity for diverse audiences.

  • Compensation : USD 5,000‑6,000 / month
  • Schedule : Full‑time, flexible, with essential U.S. time‑zone overlap.

    Requirements

    Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; CPA or MBA strongly preferred.
  • Experience

  • Minimum of 5‑7 years of progressive experience in financial management, ideally within a healthcare or multi‑location clinical practice setting.
  • Proven experience managing diverse payor mixes, including Medicare, commercial insurance, and cash payments.
  • Skills

  • Strong understanding of revenue cycle management, especially in a healthcare context.
  • Proficiency in financial software, billing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively to non‑financial stakeholders.
  • Leadership qualities with a strong ability to manage, develop, and inspire a finance team.
  • Preferred Attributes

  • Knowledge of wound care, IV therapy, and / or wellness service lines.
  • Experience in a multi‑state practice environment.
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory standards, especially concerning Medicare and commercial billing.
