We Are Hiring!

We are seeking a Client Services Representatives for our US based client, who is a mobile dental care provider to for residents in nursing homes. This is a non-clinical, administrative role that involves liaising between dental practitioners and patient representatives (e.g. family members, nursing homes, or Power of Attorneys) to obtain consent for recommended dental procedures.

The right candidate will need to be emotionally strong, patient, empathetic with good analytical and communication skills.

NB - Working Hours :

• Monday to Friday
• 9 : 00am to 18 : 00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) (15 : 00pm to 00 : 00am South African Standard Time (SAST). These hours are subject to change in accordance with daylight saving time in the United States.)
